Dr. Bryan Siegelman is an aspiring amateur chef who has worked with Jaque Torres at Le Cirque, and has been a guest chef at the Italian restaurant, Sotto Sopra in Baltimore. Bryan hones his craft by trying to experience and then replicate the best cuisine the world has to offer. By profession, he is a board certified periodontist at the Periodontal and Implant Center of York at the Brockie Medical Center. He is currently a Board member of the Jewish Community Center, as well as a past president. He also serves on the Board of Directors at the Appell Center for the Performing Arts, and is a Trustee of the American Academy of Periodontology, an International organization that represents 8000 dentists worldwide.
